Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise Mivan shuttering checks including line, level, and plumb to ensure structural accuracy.
• Execute high-quality waterproofing and oversee finishing activities of tower flats.
• Coordinate seamlessly with MEP teams and other project stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow.
• Manage billing certifications and verify work orders (WO) amendments for vendors.
• Participate actively in material selection and procurement to ensure timely availability.
• Lead and conduct meetings with all project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Oversee document control related to project drawings, SOPs, and ensure compliance.
• Cross-check and verify estimated quantities for bills and manpower planning.
• Collaborate closely with architects and consultants to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare sample flats and supervise finishing work for consistent quality standards.
• Generate daily progress reports and plan upcoming activities in coordination with the line manager.
• Maintain stringent quality control by adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Handle documentation including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Work Progress Reports (WPR), checklists, pour cards, and rosters for concrete pouring.
• Monitor RCC work and slab completion cycles effectively.
• Study construction drawings and communicate technical issues with consultants and architects.
• Estimate bills of quantities and prepare executed bills accurately.
• Arrange and manage resources and materials for efficient project execution.
• Plan and prioritize day-to-day construction activities to align with project schedules.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in project execution, especially in shuttering, RCC, and finishing works.
• Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including MEP, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Excellent understanding of billing, material management, and vendor certifications.
• Skilled in document control, progress reporting, and site-level quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in manpower and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) – Civil or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in real estate project execution and construction management.
• Proven track record managing high-rise residential or commercial projects.
