Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Bengaluru-based REE team, ensuring alignment with global and local business priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and motivate high-performance teams.
- Oversee asset management, acquisitions, and information management for REE funds.
- Collaborate with asset managers to prepare annual business plans and quarterly asset reports.
- Review external property appraisals, providing feedback on accuracy and reasonableness.
- Prepare investor, fund, and lender presentations to support business objectives.
- Analyze real estate documentation and develop detailed cash flow models using Excel and Argus/Argus Enterprise.
- Draft investment committee memos and prepare materials for potential acquisitions.
- Conduct disposal analysis and prepare memos for assets under sale consideration.
- Drive automation and efficiency projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage quarterly valuation models, approve annual operating and capital budgets, and oversee reforecasting models for asset management activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of post-qualification experience in the real estate sector, including 3+ years managing teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation, financial modeling, and investment metrics.
- Deep knowledge of European/global real estate markets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with proven leadership in high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to perform under high-pressure situations and drive team results.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in a European language (German, French, Italian) is a plus.
- Experience with Argus/Argus Enterprise is advantageous.
- MBA preferred; CFA is an additional plus.
