About the Role
As a Project Consultant at EY Mumbai in the Infrastructure Advisory team, you will support government and public sector clients in reimagining ecosystems, reshaping portfolios, and reinventing strategies for sustainable growth. You will be exposed to capital projects, transaction structuring, investment banking advisory, valuations, project finance, and public-private partnership projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify deal issues and assess their impact on transactions (including valuation).
- Conduct detailed analysis of transaction risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Review transaction structures and provide advice on structuring issues.
- Support clients across transport, education, healthcare, utilities, power, sanitation, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate within EY’s multi-disciplinary teams on strategy, capital allocation, and investment projects.
