Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Executive – Surat, you will be responsible for:

• Managing domestic & international procurement of PTA, MEG, Poly Chips, Masterbatch Chips, and Spandex.
• Handling the end-to-end purchase cycle: negotiations, PO processing, GRN, CN/DN, and vendor payments.
• Coordinating with end-users for stock planning, quality checks, and performance feedback.
• Maintaining daily MIS reports for raw materials, inventory planning, and supply status.
• Managing import documentation, LC processes, port operations, and logistics.
• Overseeing inland transportation for dry/liquid cargo and plant by-product sales logistics.
• Ensuring smooth logistics coordination between suppliers, transporters, and production teams.

Skills & Competencies

To succeed as a Procurement Executive in Surat, you should have:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of domestic and international procurement practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced MS Office tools.
• Understanding of import/export documentation, LC processes, and port operations.
