Key Responsibilities
- Create complex, scalable coding frameworks using modern software design principles.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review/debug code from other engineers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technical disciplines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages.
- Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes in one or more domains (e.g., cloud, AI, machine learning, mobile).
- Experience in leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Strong understanding of business and financial technology.
- Practical experience with cloud-native technologies.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
