Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Risk Analyst at Mott MacDonald, you will:
- Implement Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000, IRM, and APM standards.
- Initiate, develop, and oversee risk management frameworks for projects and programs.
- Facilitate risk identification and review workshops to maintain accurate project risk registers.
- Conduct Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analyses (QCRA & QSRA).
- Generate risk management reports that inform strategic decisions and project controls.
- Utilize leading risk analysis tools (ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, Risk Predict).
- Integrate risk management with project planning, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Support the creation and implementation of client-specific risk management systems.
- Collaborate with planners and project managers to align risks with schedule activities.
- Promote proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement across projects.
Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A recognized Engineering Degree with a qualification in Risk Management.
- Proven experience in large-scale engineering consultancy projects across sectors such as Infrastructure, Water, Transport, or Energy.
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks aligned with ISO31000, IRM, and APM methodologies.
- Expertise in Quantitative Risk Analysis and use of risk management software.
