Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Master Schedules and establish project baselines for all developments.
- Track and monitor project progress, identify constraints, and mitigate risks related to time, cost, quality, and safety.
- Release quarterly and monthly plans, including detailed progress reports for senior management.
- Identify delays and propose corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct weekly site visits and prepare site observation notes.
- Collaborate with site, contracts, procurement, and estimation teams to ensure contractor and material availability via RFI management.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for finalizing drawings and statutory approvals in line with pre-execution schedules.
- Review drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), construction area analysis reports, and formalize scope of work.
- Participate in decision-making for material selection, work methodology, and specifications.
