Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and calculate month-end results, forecasts, and future budgets.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and provide actionable commentary.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports.
- Enhance controls and streamline processes by introducing automation where feasible.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and synergy across financial planning activities.
- Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to line of business CFOs and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, inquisitive, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential financial information.
- Proven ability to work as a team player and trusted partner for Finance and FP&A teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial modeling and profitability analysis.
- Knowledge of FP&A software, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning within a global banking environment.
