Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules including GL, AP, AM, AR, Treasury, and Cash Management.
- Build and optimize Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher, and Component Interface solutions.
- Participate in PeopleTools upgrades (PUM) and ensure compatibility with latest releases.
- Collaborate with business users and team members to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop design documents and technical specifications for PeopleSoft applications.
- Implement Fluid development for Tiles and Homepage customization.
- Work on BI/NVision reporting, system integration, and external interface testing.
- Write complex SQL queries to resolve data issues and support system troubleshooting.
- Integrate third-party applications using web services.
- Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
- Develop and test PTF scripts for automation.
- Manage job scheduling and troubleshoot Control M job failures.
- Use change control tools such as PHIRE and STATS to track updates.
Required Skills
- Expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Financials modules.
- Hands-on experience with Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher, Component Interfaces, and Fluid development.
- Strong SQL scripting for data manipulation and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of web services integration and system interfaces.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in onsite/offshore models.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with PeopleTools upgrades (PUM).
- Familiarity with BI/NVision reporting and advanced PeopleSoft functionalities.
- Knowledge of Control M scheduling and change control tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
