Key Responsibilities
As the People & Development Manager at Roswyn, a Morgans Originals Hotel (Mumbai), you will:
- Lead Learning & Development (L&D) programs across the hotel, from onboarding to advanced training.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance skills, confidence, and service excellence.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or People & Culture within hospitality.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable in training and development approaches.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
