Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership & Strategy
- Communicate and implement HR policies to maintain employee engagement and morale.
- Support the cluster HR team in developing annual and long-term People & Culture strategies.
- Align HR initiatives with the hotel’s overall business goals.
Talent & Culture Management
- Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, and performance management.
- Implement employee relations initiatives to maintain a progressive workplace.
- Retain and develop talent through effective training and growth opportunities.
People Management
- Build strong cross-departmental coordination to ensure productivity and service excellence.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
- Provide timely feedback and support to enhance employee performance.
Financial & Operational HR Management
- Ensure cost-effective use of HR resources.
- Manage payroll operations and statutory compliance.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies to strengthen organizational culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Management Studies (BMS) or MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
