- Strong financial and analytical skills (budgeting, reporting, forecasting).
- Proven leadership and people management skills in high-paced environments.
- Customer service excellence with the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in inventory control, POS systems, and restaurant management tools.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, Chennai F&B market trends, and cultural preferences.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Tamil/local language skills preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
