- Lead and manage the hotel’s operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Security, Engineering, and Fitness Centre.
- Ensure top-tier guest service in alignment with Hilton’s global brand standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans, capital projects, and customer service enhancements.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain hardware and software standards.
- Develop cost control plans and analyze monthly departmental costs.
- Supervise team members’ performance, grooming, and professional development.
- Approve annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and operational targets.
- Manage rosters in compliance with labor laws and business needs.
- Support F&B cost effectiveness through menu management, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee special events, celebrations, and VIP guest services.
- Adhere strictly to security, safety, and emergency protocols.
