Key Responsibilities
- Design & build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to visualize complex datasets.
- Gather, clean, validate, and transform data from databases, Excel, and other sources.
- Define KPIs and business metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop data models to identify trends and performance insights.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Maintain and enhance existing BI reports and dashboards for accuracy and relevance.
- Manage self-service data infrastructure for scalable analytics solutions.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure integrity across datasets and BI models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Power BI and Tableau development.
- Hands-on expertise with data modeling, visualization, and BI automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint (preferred).
- Advanced MS Office skills; exposure to GenAI tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related; Master’s or analytics certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
