Summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced ML Ops Engineer to join its technology team across Mumbai and PAN India locations. As a TCS ML Ops Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), working closely with data scientists, engineers, and architects. This role combines machine learning expertise, cloud engineering, and CI/CD practices to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience with neural networks, anomaly detection, and cloud-based ML deployments in the banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

MLOps & Cloud Solutions

• Design and implement MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.
• Containerize ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and manage deployments.
• Monitor, version, and optimize production ML models to ensure performance and scalability.

Data Science Collaboration

• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and architects on model development.
• Review, refactor, and optimize code for machine learning models, including testing and validation.
• Automate data science model testing to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Document workflows, model pipelines, and deployment processes for reproducibility.

Technical Leadership & Best Practices

• Apply expertise in Python, R, Go, Ruby, Bash, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Implement neural networks, transformers, and autoencoders for advanced analytics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and best practices for cloud ML deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in machine learning, data science, and AI model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks: Kubeflow, MLflow, DataRobot, Airflow.
• Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, and big data ecosystems.
• Understanding of banking transactions and anomaly detection algorithms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and strong team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in ML Ops, cloud ML, and CI/CD pipelines.
