🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of budgets, forecasts, and reports using Workday Adaptive Planning
- Analyze complex financial and workforce models, both spreadsheet and non-spreadsheet-based, and translate them into Adaptive Planning solutions
- Provide expert technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting within the Adaptive Planning suite
- Maintain up-to-date proficiency and certifications on the Adaptive Planning product suite
- Develop and enhance existing Adaptive Planning product offerings to align with client needs and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and transformation of financial planning processes
- Deliver high-quality, actionable insights to support finance transformation initiatives and decision-making
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
- Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory
- Certification in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a strong plus
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning, including at least one full end-to-end implementation
- Strong background in financial planning, management accounting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving client satisfaction

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
