Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle EPBCS / ARCS Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage full-lifecycle Oracle ARCS and EPBCS implementation projects.
- Oversee the Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching processes.
- Set up ARCS configurations including:
- Organizational Units, Formats, Profiles, Reconciliations
- Custom Attributes, Match Types, and Auto-Match Rules
- Load and manage General Ledger (GL) and Sub-ledger data to ARCS.
- Design and implement GL, Sub-ledger, and Intercompany adjustments.
- Develop reports using RTF templates and SQL scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance and IT teams to align Oracle solutions with client requirements.
- Drive testing, training, data migration, and post-go-live support.
- Deliver process workshops and mentor junior consultants.
Skills & Expertise
Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
- End-to-end project experience in Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching
- Hands-on setup experience with Match Types, Reconciliation Profiles, Auto-match rules
- Proficiency in SQL and report building (RTF Templates)
- Understanding of aging logic and reconciliation workflows
- Data integration and reconciliation with GL, Sub-ledger, and Intercompany modules
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in EPBCS, Oracle EPM Suite, or Hyperion Planning
- Familiarity with finance transformation, shared services, or global delivery models
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
