🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic treasury initiatives across cash and liquidity management, FX risk, interest rate risk mitigation, and working capital optimization.
• Manage investment portfolios, bank accounts, and capital allocation with a focus on financial risk management.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies using hedges to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/IND AS hedge accounting standards and treasury controls.
• Conduct thorough business diagnostics using logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and relationship management.
• Utilize treasury management systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, and Reval for effective risk and cash management.
• Stay updated on treasury-related regulatory frameworks like FEMA and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury operations, financial risk management, and market risk.
• Proven expertise in investment management, bank account management, and capital allocation.
• Strong understanding of risk mitigation, treasury controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with treasury management platforms including Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, and Reval.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms or global MNCs is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of treasury regulatory frameworks such as FEMA.
