This role requires 8–12 years of IT industry experience, with at least 6–8 years as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, managing complex Agile and Waterfall projects.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – IT Project Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models under Deloitte’s Project Delivery Framework (PDF).
- Lead complex IT projects across full SDLC — ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project charters, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee project financials, budgets, and cost variances.
- Provide delivery reports, metrics, and stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships for seamless delivery.
- Act as Scrum Master/Agile Coach:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retros).
- Mentor teams on Agile/Lean/DevOps practices.
- Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and align to business goals.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Contribute to Agile scaling (SAFe, PI planning) where applicable.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of IT experience with 6–8 years in Project Manager + Scrum Master roles.
- BE/BTech + MBA preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, Prince2, or SAFe (preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC phases, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on with project management tools: Jira, ADO, Monday.com, MPP, Clarity, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel as per project needs.
