Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Architecture

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET web-based applications and line-of-business sites.
  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Architect high-scale, robust, and secure software applications.
  • Lead at least 50% of coding tasks, including code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding best practices and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Set project vision, monitor team workload, and manage performance.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Manage third-party outsourced development vendors and ensure code quality and security.

Project Delivery & Client Collaboration

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure software architecture complies with best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, Microsoft ecosystem trends, and DevOps tools.

Process & Quality Management

  • Implement Agile development methodologies and ensure process adherence.
  • Use DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines within the Microsoft stack.
  • Integrate application security practices, including SAML and serverless .NET Core deployments (AWS).
  • Monitor active applications and maintain operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in .NET development and 7+ years managing development teams.
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, WCF, Web API, REST, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and HTML.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage offshore teams and third-party vendors.
