Key Responsibilities

As the Manager II – Risk, Selection Validation at Amazon Hyderabad, you will:

• Lead and manage a large team to meet operational goals and capacity planning using accurate forecasting.
• Troubleshoot process discrepancies to ensure reliable and efficient workflows in vendor and catalog risk validation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product and technology teams to drive tool improvements and automate workflows.
• Utilize data analysis and technology solutions to optimize business outcomes and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage communications with multiple business units regarding operational milestones, process updates, and escalations.
• Ensure a high-quality hiring process, coaching, and employee development programs for sustained team engagement.
• Drive metrics management through regular performance reviews and attainment of specific KPI goals.
• Mentor associates and subject matter experts (SMEs), designing and delivering training programs to improve efficiency and quality.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Proven team leadership and people management experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in team, program, or project management.

• Experience working with large datasets and tools such as ETL Manager.
• Strong understanding of SLA management and operational risk controls.
