Key Responsibilities
🌐 AI and SAP Solutions
- Design and develop GenAI models for a variety of applications such as text, images, code, and audio, driving innovation in SAP-related solutions.
- Lead the implementation of GenAI-powered applications, building enterprise-level solutions and copilots that enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, product, and engineering experts, to identify high-value enterprise use cases.
🔧 GenAI Model Development & Optimization
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Own the delivery of AI projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production-grade implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Provide leadership in AI R&D, staying updated with the latest GenAI trends, model benchmarking, and responsible AI practices.
⚙️ Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Leverage cloud-native GenAI capabilities to build scalable and efficient systems.
- Utilize tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Terraform for seamless deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI models and solutions.
👨🏫 Mentorship & Team Leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE) to cultivate AI expertise across Deloitte.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, while maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Core Skills
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI technologies, with a deep understanding of transformer models, diffusion models, and LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in AI toolkits and APIs.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs to suit enterprise use cases.
✅ Technical Expertise
- Familiarity with vector databases, and cloud-native AI capabilities for building scalable AI systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, with a focus on SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, and NetWeaver solutions.
- Experience in Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Terraform for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
✅ Educational Qualifications
- A graduate degree (B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent) in Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute.
✅ Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead teams, drive change, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
