Key Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Finance Management
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS R12 financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Oversee financial transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle tax-related financial operations including GST, VAT, and TDS compliance within Oracle financial systems.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Implement best practices for efficient finance processes and Oracle system utilization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Deloitte’s internal controls in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Oracle financial workflows and reporting.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Mentor and guide junior finance professionals and Oracle users.
- Liaise with finance leadership and external auditors on financial system-related matters.
- Drive continuous learning and skills development within the finance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules – GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation including GST, VAT, and Withholding Tax (TDS).
- Proven expertise in finance process management and Oracle ERP system implementations/support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields; professional certifications (CA, CPA) preferred.
