Key Responsibilities
For Business Analyst (BA) Role:
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements within the banking and financial risk domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Support the implementation of risk management projects through functional requirements analysis.
For Project Manager (PM) / Product Owner (PO) Role:

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel and financial compliance standards.
- Expertise in credit risk analysis, risk reporting, and financial transaction lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success in project management or product ownership in the banking sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in risk management or project management are a plus.
