Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – FP&A and Pricing Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting competitive pricing analysis by researching and benchmarking competitor pricing strategies, product offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Monitoring industry and market trends, customer behavior, and economic factors influencing pricing decisions.
  • Performing win-loss analysis on sales deals to evaluate pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

  • Continuously improving pricing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of financial analysts, fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • Ensuring forecasting accuracy, financial governance, and performance optimization across business units.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional certifications such as CA, MBA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, pricing strategy, or business analysis, preferably in professional services or finance sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and statistical modeling.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategies, competitive landscape, and market research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software, pricing analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex financial insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
