Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Transformation Manager at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead and deliver Finance Strategy & Transformation projects for clients across industries
- Design finance operating models, process improvements, and digital roadmaps
- Work on ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Drive finance process automation, analytics, and reporting optimization
- Advise CXO-level executives on finance performance and strategic initiatives
- Manage project delivery, team leadership, and client stakeholder management
- Support business development, proposal preparation, and client pitches
- Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership in finance transformation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in Finance Transformation, Strategy & Operations consulting
- 7–12 years of experience in finance advisory, ERP implementation, or transformation programs
- Expertise in financial planning, reporting, and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Finance, Strategy, or Business Administration
- Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 or top-tier strategy/finance consulting firm
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in large transformation programs
- Exposure to digital finance tools, analytics platforms, and automation technologies
