Key Responsibilities
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Develop Integration Strategy, including operating model blueprinting, Day 1 and Day 100 plans, and long-term integration planning.
- Lead integration project management, overseeing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
- Track synergies and performance metrics across all functional areas.
Carve-Out Management
- Manage divestiture initiatives and stand-alone cost assessments.
- Support transitional service agreements and separation considerations.
- Evaluate management plans for independent operations post-divestiture.
Pre-Deal Operational Assessment & Synergy Planning
- Conduct pre-deal operational due diligence.
- Assess potential synergies and operational efficiencies for target organizations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, synergy assessment, and tracking.
- Lead or support large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with global client teams and PwC colleagues.
- Apply management consulting expertise in functional areas like HR, Finance, MIS, and Reporting.
- Support business development initiatives as required.
Mandatory Skills
- Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience
- Program/Project Management in large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Functional consulting expertise (Finance, HR, MIS, etc.)
Preferred / Optional Skills
- Business development and client relationship management
- Change management and operational efficiency

Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (preferred)
- Prior management consulting experience in deals, M&A, or operational assessments
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
