Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing and quantity surveying for residential and commercial projects, including EI Ph 2A, Ph 2B, Tower T16, and associated NTA.
- Handle downstream contract management, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to contractual terms.
- Reconcile extra item settlements, contract closures, and final QS billing.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports to senior management.
- Lead vendor management, negotiations, and financial settlements.
- Monitor and manage contracts & billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing, reconciliation, and contract workflows.
