Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engagements in financial accounting, reporting, and assurance.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, including consolidated reporting.
- Manage statutory, tax, and internal audit support for clients.
- Advise clients on complex accounting matters, new standards, and reporting implications.
- Work closely with CFOs, finance leaders, and auditors to drive accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and mentor a team of consultants/analysts in accounting and reporting engagements.
- Deliver insights through financial analysis, ratio analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global clients on large-scale finance transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, reporting, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP, and financial reporting practices.
- Hands-on experience in financial consolidation, statutory audits, and compliance reviews.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting/advisory experience with Big 4 firms or multinational organizations.
- Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of emerging reporting standards (sustainability/ESG reporting, global minimum tax, etc.).
- Experience in client-facing roles with international stakeholders.
