EY India is seeking a skilled M365 Copilot Developer in Coimbatore to join our Digital Engineering Consulting team. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 Suite development, M365 Copilot integrations, and Azure OpenAI/GenAI solutions. As part of EY’s innovation-driven Digital Engineering practice, you will build and extend AI-powered Copilot solutions, integrate Power Platform applications, and deliver cutting-edge automation for enterprise clients. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure services, and Power Platform automation.

About the Role
- Develop, configure, and extend Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for enterprise clients.
- Integrate Copilot with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Leverage Azure services (Functions, OpenAI, APIM) for scalable and automated Copilot solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in M365 and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality deliverables in accordance with project timelines and specifications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for Copilot and M365 development projects.
- Maintain and enhance systems, escalate risks, and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
- Capture user requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
- Configure/customize Copilot Studio to build Declarative Agents and custom AI solutions.
- Integrate Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure services for automation and AI workflows.
- Craft effective AI prompts to optimize Copilot outputs.
- Contribute to best practices for M365 Copilot usage and operations.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Hands-on M365 Copilot experience (6–12 months) with configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI.
- Proficient in Power Platform, Azure Functions, Azure APIM, and serverless workflow integration.
- Programming expertise in C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and web frameworks (React/Angular).
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in Microsoft 365 development; 6–12 months in M365 Copilot projects.
- Professional Services Experience: Preferred background in consulting or professional services.
- Strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills.
