Key Responsibilities
Security & Safety
- Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies; administer first aid/CPR as needed.
- Handle disturbances, unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws.
Investigations & Reporting
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and key control audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of reports and release information to authorized personnel only.
- Gather information, complete reports, and assist in resolving safety hazards.
Guest & Employee Support
- Assist guests with room access and emergency situations.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members as a role model.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Physical & Workplace Requirements
- Stand, walk, or move for extended periods or entire shifts.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds alone and 75 pounds with assistance.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, service ramps, and confined spaces.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in security or loss prevention.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Vigilant, proactive, and professional demeanor.
