Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Entity Control Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee monthly legal entity accounting, including month-end close, parent/child accounting, equity pick-up, and reconciliation of inter-entity breaks.
  • Monitor general ledger balances and intercompany activity, providing variance analysis and commentary.
  • Conduct month-end analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
  • Prepare reports, including contributions to the Monthly Controller’s Book, legal entity, and line-of-business financial commentary, as well as regulatory reporting.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve financial or control issues; respond to ad-hoc queries.
  • Assist in reviewing Booking Models and ensure compliance with Legal Entity Control Standards.
  • Participate in firmwide projects for infrastructure improvement, reporting enhancements, and other Controller initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business and financial management.
  • Execution-focused self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to operate under ambiguity and respond to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CA or MBA (Finance) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx for data analysis and reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to cover EMEA shifts.
