🛠️ Key Responsibilities
US Commercial Contract Management (75%)
- Draft, review, and negotiate US commercial contracts including sales agreements, supply agreements, SaaS contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs, and amendments.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with US stakeholders balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle using IronClad: workflow automation, repository management, obligation tracking, renewals, and amendments.
- Leverage legal AI tools for first-pass reviews, drafting, research, and risk identification.
- Provide business-focused legal counsel on US legal matters including FCPA, sanctions, antitrust, data privacy, and commercial risk.
- Serve as an internal advisor on IronClad playbooks, workflow design, and AI-driven contract review efficiency.
Process Improvement & Advisory
- Identify bottlenecks in current legal workflows and propose technology-enabled or policy-based solutions.
- Support business teams with practical legal guidance to achieve operational and commercial goals.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance legal support scalability.

🎓 Qualifications
- LLB or equivalent law degree; additional certifications in corporate/commercial law preferred.

- Proven ability to handle complex contract negotiations independently.
