Key Responsibilities
Training Program Management
- Design and deliver effective training programs across hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with hotel culture and service standards.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create customized training solutions.
Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with hotel and Accor goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and upskilling.
Talent & Performance Development
- Support leadership programs, cross-training, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Facilitate performance improvement plans and career progression pathways.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records and submit reports to HR leadership and senior management.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all training complies with brand standards, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on hospitality L&D trends and best practices for innovative training content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and training tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
