Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions across multiple technical domains.
- Write high-quality production code, review and debug code written by peers.

- Lead technical evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess solutions for integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of applied experience in Java development, with formal training or certification.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, multi-threading, functional programming, and distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience in microservices architecture, Core Java & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux, and Spring Security.
- Proficiency in Web UI development using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in relational databases (SQL, data modeling).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and building cloud-native applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, Aurora, API Gateway).
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing, mocking, and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with high availability systems and software architectural best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven technical leadership experience.

- Experience in agile software development and working in fast-paced, global environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scalable cloud-based solutions.
