Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced expertise in Java and experience with software development frameworks.
- Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery, and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Knowledge of financial services IT systems and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience with cloud-native technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in containerized applications (Kubernetes) using Java 17/21, Spring Framework, ORM, and caching.
