Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable full-stack solutions for Payments Technology.
- Build high-quality production code in Core Java, Spring Boot, and React JS; review and debug code from team members.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve operational stability for applications and systems.
- Lead technical evaluations with internal teams, external vendors, and startups to ensure architecture and technology fit.
- Drive communities of practice to promote awareness and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Cultivate a team culture emphasizing diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Expertise in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, JMS, and building microservices.
- Proficiency in React JS and cloud-native development.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation, testing, and operational stability for large-scale systems.
- In-depth understanding of financial services IT systems and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with IBM MQ, Tibco EMS, or other JMS-based middleware.
- Exposure to Drools, Spring State Machine, or BPM frameworks.
- Practical experience with advanced cloud-native architectures.
