Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and technical troubleshooting for complex software solutions.
- Develop high-quality production code, review and debug code from peers.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues to enhance application stability.
- Conduct architecture evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST services, TDD, BDD, React JS, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficient in automation, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security standards.
- Knowledge of financial services industry systems and IT architecture.
- Experience in AWS deployment, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Cloud and container-based development experience (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with Performance Engineering and Chaos Engineering.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, and AI/ML cloud-ready applications.
- Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities within agile software teams.
