Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy RSA Archer GRC applications and custom modules.
  • Collaborate with business users and clients to define technical requirements and deliver tailored GRC solutions.
  • Implement advanced workflows, data feeds, dashboards, and API integrations to optimize automation.
  • Develop and demonstrate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate technical feasibility and innovation.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance enhancements for existing Archer solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and configuration specifications for system sustainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in RSA Archer GRC development and administration.
  • Deep knowledge of Archer core components — forms, workflows, APIs, dashboards, and access management.
  • Strong command of SQL Server database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in XML/XSLT for data transformation and customization.
  • Experience leading end-to-end software development lifecycles within GRC platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to financial risk management or regulatory compliance domains.
  • Experience in client-facing discussions and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of AI, ML, or automation in risk technology.
