Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Senior Associate – Procure to Pay, you will:
- Provide vendor support via voice and email to resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract support processes.
- Conduct supplier sourcing and market research to identify potential vendors.
- Collaborate with internal finance and procurement teams to ensure P2P compliance.
- Track and monitor vendor KPIs and service delivery performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay lifecycle, including sourcing, procurement, and payment processes.
- Proven ability to resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in voice-based vendor support and email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in P2P operations, vendor helpdesk, or supplier management.
- Exposure to global finance transformation projects is an added advantage.
- Experience in a shared services or BPO environment preferred.
