Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy RF and wireless systems, including LTE, 4G/5G, WiMAX, DAS, and WiFi AP layouts.
  • Conduct site surveys and propagation coverage studies using tools such as EDX or Atoll.
  • Support two-way radio systems (Analog, TETRA, DMR, P25) and process control communication systems.
  • Design point-to-point microwave and satellite backhaul systems for enterprise and industrial networks.
  • Develop RF IP transport systems, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance.
  • Create technical documentation, Visio/AutoCAD network diagrams, and implementation/test plans.
  • Provide tier-3 support for operational teams and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
  • Support network security, disaster recovery (DRP), and business continuity planning (BCP) activities.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with architects, operations, cybersecurity, and digital platform teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency in network systems.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in network IP transport, RF engineering, and industrial wireless networks.
  • Strong understanding of 4G/5G, Private LTE, VPN, VSAT/LEO, and IoT/M2M solutions.
  • Experience with network monitoring, network access control (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass), and firewalls (Palo Alto, Panorama).
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and network automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in network engineering and wireless communications in industrial facilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • RF product certifications; CCNP or CCIE preferred.

Preferred:

  • Deep knowledge of industrial, business, and process control networks.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure networking, DAS, SCADA, and automation systems.
  • Proven ability to lead network design projects, mentoring junior engineers, and implementing enterprise solutions.
