Key Responsibilities
Sales & Deal Support
- Prepare sales pitch materials, proposals, and RFP/RFI submissions to support Payments Sales Managers.
- Develop pricing and profitability models for client proposals.
- Conduct research on client portfolios, prospective clients, and industry trends to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze transactional data to identify risks, pricing inefficiencies, and key trends.
- Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reports.
- Collaborate with global corporate bankers and Payments colleagues to support business operations.
- Monitor regional developments including regulatory changes, market trends, and political factors impacting clients.
Client & Market Intelligence
- Analyze revenue and pipeline data to generate management reports.
- Partner with internal teams in client account planning and strategy execution.
- Develop deep knowledge of Payments products and JP Morgan’s key value propositions to create tailored client solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in banking, payments, or related financial services.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
- Goal-oriented, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including Product, Service, Operations, and Compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in cash management or treasury services preferred.
