Key Responsibilities
As an Analytics Solutions Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain QlikSense dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Query, analyze, and transform complex data sets to optimize dashboard performance and flexibility.
- Collaborate with business managers and technology teams to gather requirements and enhance analytics solutions.
- Ensure all Qlik development adheres to Banking Analytics best practices, firm data standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proactively manage analytics projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring dashboards meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or data solutions roles.
- Expertise in QlikSense, including load script development, data modeling, set analysis, and dashboard customization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation; familiarity with Hive and Python is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Alteryx) and business intelligence workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in QlikSense development and advanced SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and other business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide recommendations for process improvements.
