Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computer systems, software, and applications.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to resolve business and operational issues.
- Analyze processes and recommend IT improvements for efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
- Maintain records of IT activities, issues, and resolutions.
System & Network Management
- Manage and support client/server systems, applications programs, and user accounts.
- Plan, design, and coordinate IT operations, maintenance, and telecommunications activities.
- Train users in the proper use of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Enter commands and activate controls to integrate and operate IT and peripheral equipment.
Professional Conduct & Safety
- Follow company policies and procedures while protecting company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and management.
- Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.
Physical & Operational Requirements
- Enter and locate information using computers or POS systems.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational education in IT or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
- Knowledge of hotel IT systems, POS software, and network infrastructure is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
