Key Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure operations for clients in industries like transportation, banking, insurance, energy, and healthcare.
- Define, analyze, and review technical architecture and propose solutions.
- Configure and manage systems, networks, and backup/recovery tools.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain network integrity, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and cloud platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in telecommunications or enterprise network management.
- Proficiency with networking protocols: TCP/UDP, DMVPN, OSPF, BGP, DNS, SNMP, IPSEC, HSRP, 802.11, QoS.
- Experience in network architecture including routing, switching, datacenters, and security.
- Knowledge of NSX/SDN administration and network hardware.
- Hands-on experience with CISCO switches (Catalyst), firewalls (Checkpoint, SonicWall, FortiGate), VPNs, routers, WAF, IPS.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Expertise in LAN, WAN, and data center network architectures.
- Experience in SDN and VSX setup and support.
- Professional certifications: CISSP, CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, or SonicWall certification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to deliver enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
