Responsibilities
As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect (Cloud Security) at Capgemini, you will:
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Develop, enforce, and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Design and manage incident response plans for cloud security breaches.
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and development teams to embed security in infrastructure and applications.
- Implement security monitoring, SIEM tools, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud security trends and technologies to strengthen organizational security posture.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 9–12 years of IT experience with at least 3–4 years in cloud security architecture.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with security tools and technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection, prevention systems, SIEM).
- In-depth knowledge of IAM, encryption, network security, and secure software development practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
