Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Manager at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, you will:

- Proven experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Experience with budgeting and inventory management.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in housekeeping systems (Opera, REX, Royal Service).
- Demonstrated team-building and staff training skills.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
