Responsibilities

- Adhere strictly to lost and found procedures.
- Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Inspect room linens and report below-standard pieces for replacement.
- Report any guest-related concerns or operational issues to management.
- Uphold guest privacy and respect property at all times.
People & Teamwork
- Coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Assist team members in delivering efficient housekeeping operations.
- Interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Contribute to a positive work culture by maintaining high morale and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months – 1 year of housekeeping experience are welcome.
- Strong communication skills in English; local language knowledge is an added advantage.
- Service-oriented, detail-focused, and professional in grooming.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working in a team environment.
