Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure proper use, handling, and safekeeping of master keys to guarantee guest safety and property security.
- Interact professionally with guests, addressing requests and concerns promptly.
- Stock and inspect rooms with required amenities and supplies to meet hotel quality standards.
- Follow lost and found procedures accurately and report discrepancies immediately.
- Properly operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning supplies, and chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors without delay.
- Support colleagues and coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to improve housekeeping techniques and guest service skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a guest-first mindset.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently for long shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good communication in English and local languages.
- Trustworthy and responsible in handling guest belongings and property keys.
- Team player with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and hotel standards.
