✅ Key Responsibilities
- Execute efficient closing and opening duties, including:
- Properly storing reusable goods and breaking down stock
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and food prep areas
- Locking refrigerators, doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Set up, stock, and maintain organized and clean workstations.
- Inspect china, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain ongoing cleanliness using “clean-as-you-go” practices.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
- Answer phones with proper etiquette and respond to guest inquiries.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
- Ensure personal and workplace safety in line with Marriott policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Perform light lifting and moving of equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Navigate sloping or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps safely.
